Hawaiian Haystacks

2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chicken broth
3 cups cooked, chopped chicken
1 cup sour cream
1 cup milk

Topping Ideas:
*Chow mien noodles
Tomatoes
Green pepper
*Green onion
*Crushed pineapple
*Grated cheddar cheese
*Slivered almonds
*Coconut
Chopped Celery
Bananas

Combine soup, broth, chicken, sour cream, and milk in a medium saucepan to make sauce. Stir to blend. Simmer about 8 to 10 minutes, until heated through. Serve over rice, and top with whatever toppings your family likes.

***NOTE: The toppings with stars next to them are the ones my family likes to have with their Hawaiian Haystacks. My step-father likes to put a banana sliced in half length-wise on his plate first and builds from there. I'm not sure about that one...but I may try it sometime soon. This was definitely a favorite growing up and also a favorite of people that would come over for dinner when I was young! Try it!
