Christmas Mice

1 jar Cherries w/ the stems attached
Chocolate bark (white or dark) or Chocolate chips
Sliced Almonds
Small Tube Frosting for Eyes or Nose (optional)

1 Melt your chocolate. Remove cherries from their juice and make sure they are dry. Dip them chocolate and then immediately press a hershey's kiss on the opposite side from the stem of the cherry. Then put two almonds sticking up like ears between the kiss and cherry. Let harden. You can put eyes and a nose on with white chocolate or frosting after they have cooled.

2 If you would like a white mouse. Put the hershey kiss head on the cherry body and then (when hardened) dip the entire mouse in white chocolate. The last step should be putting the almond ears on.
