Blueberry Whole Wheat Muffins

1 cup flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cups, plus 1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup unsweetened Orange juice
8 oz carton vanilla low-fat yogurt
2 Tbs vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 cup blueberries (fresh or thawed)

Preheat oven to 400ยบ. Combine dry ingredients. Combine separately wet ingredients except berries. Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Fold blueberries in gently. Fill muffin tins or cups almost to the top. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar evenly over the top of the muffins. Bake 18 minutes or till golden. Remove immediately from muffin pan. Cool on wire rack.

Yield: 11-12 muffins
