1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 to 3 cans (14.5 oz) green beans, drained
6 slices bacon
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, ketchup and chopped onions. Stir in beans. Pour into a casserole pan. Lay bacon slices over top of green bean mixture. Bake about 3 hours. You can cook it for less time at a higher temperature but it is best cooked slow.
