Make your pasta ahead and drain it. Heat a saute pan and put about 3 or 4 tablespoons of olive oil in it. Mince 3 or 4 cloves of garlic into the pan and saute till they start to turn golden. Don't overcook! Overcooked garlic is very bitter. Take the oil/garlic mixture off the heat. Toss the garlic mixture and noodles together. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Great easy meal.
