French Chocolate

2 1/2 squares semisweet chocolate
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup sugar
1 pinch salt
1 cup whipping cream (whipped)

Melt chocolate and combine with all but whip cream. Bring to a low boil for 3 minutes but not more than 4. Cool and fold in whipped cream. Combine 2 tablespoons of mixture to hot milk and serve.
