1 lb fresh young asparagus
2 Tbs honey
3 Tbs soy sauce
3 Tbs rice vinegar
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
Cook asparagus in salted water until just tender, drain. In medium bowl combine honey, soy sauce and rice vinegar. Whisk until blended and stir in walnuts. Combine asparagus and dressing tossing gently. Arrange on platter and sprinkle with fresh ground pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
***COMMENT: We had Thanksgiving at Christine's one year and her inlaws came over. Marcia brought the most delicious Asparagus dish. Tommy and I both loved it. I've never made it myself yet...but had to keep it because it was SO GOOD!
