This is a recipe from AllRecipes was submitted by someone named Bryan Hale. He says, "This is a pseudo Southern take on a quiche. Spicy sausage, onion and Cheddar, flavored with Ranch and Hot Sauce." that I've given credit where credit is due...the REAL reason I discovered it was Angie. She has made this a couple times at family gatherings. This is a nice recipe because it can be easily altered to feed a crowd...and it is really yummy!!! Good find Angie!
