2 cups Bisquick
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (2 oz)
dry parsley (optional)
1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Preheat oven to 450. Mix all but butter and garlic till soft dough forms. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Drop by spoonfuls on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or till golden brown. Mix melted butter and garlic powder and brush over warm biscuits. Serve warm.
Yield: 10 to 12 biscuits
