Devil Wings

1 (12 oz) bottle Cayenne Pepper Sauce
1 (8 oz) bottle Italian salad dressing
5 lbs chicken wings or drumettes
1 (2 gal) resealable freezer bag

1 Rinse and drain chicken. Place in freezer bag (don't use zipper bag-leaks). Add pepper sauce and dressing. Force air out of bag and seal tightly. Gently rotate bag to combine all ingredients thoroughly.

2 Refrigerate at least 2 hours (overnight is better), turning occasionally to redistribute marinade. When ready to cook, drain marinade off, reserving some to baste with if desired. Grill over low fire or bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.

Cooking Tips
Note: Red Devil is the best Cayenne pepper sauce to use but most times cheapest is the best.
