2/3 cup instant mashed potatoes
1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
2 tsp parsley flakes
1 Tbs garlic powder
4 chicken breasts
1/3 cup margarine or butter melted
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a pan (or foil-lined pan) with Pam. Combine potato flakes, parmesan, parsley and spices in bowl. Dip chicken pieces in margarine, roll in potato flake mixture to coat. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until chicken is done.
