1 (about 3 lb.) Chicken, cut into pieces
1 lb Italian sausage, cut into 2-inch pieces
6 medium Red potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
1/4 cup Vegetable oil
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Garlic salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 Heat oven to 425 degrees. Arrange chicken, sausage and potatoes in a roasting pan. Combine oil and seasonings in a small bowl. Pour over chicken, sausage and potatoes; toss gently to coat.
2 Cover; bake 1 hour. Reduce oven to 325 degrees. Uncover; bake until browned, 30 to 40 minutes.
3 Remove chicken and sausage; drain fat if desired. Place chicken on platter; serve with potatoes.
